Responsibilities
Lead technical design and implementation across frontend and backend
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
Review architecture, code quality, and deployment strategies

Hands-on development alongside the team
Required Skills
Deep expertise in Python / Django
Strong frontend experience with Next.js / React
Solid experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects
